Meditation
“ I will prove my holiness through you. I will gather you from the ends of the earth; I will pour clean water on you and wash away your sins. I will give you a new spirit within you, says the Lord.”

“If today you hear God’s voice, harden not your hearts”.
(Psalm 95)
“Everyone who drinks this water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life”.
( John 4: 14)
Reflection
It is clearly you O’ God who take the initiative to free me from my sinfulness, restoring me again to wholeness and freedom. How can I learn stop resisting you within me?
Prayer
Heal any stubbornness of heart O’ Lord that causes resistance to your love at work in me; quench my thirst for you with the refreshing waters of your life-giving Spirit.
