Diocese of London

Mission

The Diocese of London is the one holy Catholic and Apostolic Church in the nine counties of Southwestern Ontario.

It exists to evangelize; to bring all people to a personal encounter with Jesus through living faith which is necessary for salvation.

The Diocese of London exists as a communion with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and in communion with the Holy Father and dioceses throughout the world.As such, it is called to foster universal holiness by celebrating all the sacraments, especially Reconciliation and Eucharist, by fostering prayer, listening to the word of God and proclaiming it, and by creating the structures of communion in a spirit of solidarity with the poor.
